The Body Wisdom & Flow Session is a one-off 90-minute experience designed to guide you out of your mind and into your body. Through gentle movement and somatic practices, we’ll explore what it means to return to your body, feel deeply, and be fully present with yourself—exactly as you are. This session is for you if: • You feel disconnected from your body and want to rebuild trust with her. • You tend to overthink and long to shift into feeling and presence. • You carry stress, tension, or emotions that feel stuck and are ready to release them. • You crave a deeper sense of inner safety, fluidity, and ease in your body. What to Expect: In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore: → Somatic practices to shift from your mind into your body’s innate wisdom. → Simple nervous system regulation practices for safety and connection. → Breathwork and movement to release tension and stored emotions. → A deeper sense of inner safety, trust, and fluidity. → Simple body-led practices to integrate into your daily life.
